Add Personal 3CX Contacts

How to add a personal contact

Adding a personal contact can be done through 3CX Desktop App or 3CXPhone for Windows.

3CX Desktop App

  1. Click the three horizontal dots on the left side then click Contacts.


2. On the right side, click the dropdown menu to select type of contact you want to add. Select Personal.

3.Click the plus icon on the left side then enter the contact’s information.


4. When you are finished, click the floppy disk icon to save.


How to Import Personal Contacts

Adding a personal contact can be done by importing contacts from a CSV file.

3CX Desktop App

  1. Click the three horizontal dots on the left side then click Contacts,  or if you have a larger screen click "Contacts" button on the left of the web client.
  2. Then click on Personal on the right. See marked number 1 below.
  3. Then click the upload file button, see marked number 2 below.
  4. For the correct csv file format down the file on the right as an example. CSV FORMAT
