Avaya IP DECT Phone 37xx - Subscription Instructions to an Avaya IP Office  


NOTE you need to Substitute the park/AC numbers in step 4 below with the PARK and AC number Tronic support provided via email.

PARK number is 14 digits and the AC number is 4 digits


Using the cordless phone user interface, perform the following procedure to subscribe the handsets;

  

To get to subscription area, do the following;

·         With a new phone from the box, just switch on the phone.

·         3720/3730: Select Menu | Settings | System | Subscribe.

·         Others: Select Menu | Connections | System | Subscribe.


When you get “subscription successful” there is still one step which is the last step in the guide.

 You need to lock in the extension number, for example 111 and 222.

On the First cordless, once you get “subscription successful” dial 111*# and then hit send like you’re calling this number. This will then lock this phone to extension 111.

On the Second cordless, once you get “subscription successful” dial 222*# and then hit send like you’re calling this number. This will then lock this phone to extension 222.


Once the phones are subscribed, let Tronic support know if these phones needed to be added to any ring groups, like for Sales or Accounts calls.
