DECT Phone 3700 Subscription instructions to Avaya IP office

NOTE you need to Substitute the park/AC numbers in step 4 below with the PARK and AC number Tronic have provided via email. PARK number is 14 digits and the AC number is 4 digits

Using the Telephone user interface, perform the following procedure to subscribe the handsets.

To get to subscription area do the following;

With a new phone from the box just switch on the phone. With an existing phone or if its not showing the correct screen;

3720/3730:  Select Menu | Settings | System | Subscribe.

Please make sure you do the last step to lock in a station number.

As once phone is subscribed it will come up with “subscription successful”. It will have a random extension number.

You then need to make it one of extensions in the correct range for your system. Tronic will give this extension, if not please ask for it.

For example: To make it extensions 222, dial 222*# then click call/dial button.

After a bit it will now display extension 222. Some times you might need to turn it off and back on to display the correct station number.
