How to log in and out of call queues using the New Version 20 3CX soft phone application. Downloaded from the Microsoft store.
Open the new 3CX soft phone application.
To login or logout of Queue
On top left, you will see your photo/human icon, click this, and you will see the "Login or Logout of the queue" option as per screenshot below. Circled in red.
Note: When you are on DND or AWAY status, this also logs you out of the Queue. If you are Available, you can still logout of the queue using the same method
This means you can get internal calls but not external calls inbound via any queue. Once you change to logged in, you'll have a Q next to your name again.
How to log in and out of call queues using the 3CX desktop application or webclient.
Open the 3CX desktop application or login to the webclient
In the Teams screen, if there is a Q next to the name, then this user is logged into the Queue. If there is no Q it means you're logged out of the queue. The queue is where the main incoming calls come into.
To login or logout of Queue
On top right, you will see your photo/human icon, click this, and you will see the Login or Logout option as per screenshot below. Circled in red.

How to log in and log out of call queues using the 3CX Mobile Client.
Open the 3CX mobile application.
In any of the screens in the app, on the top right next to the status button, you can see a person with a headset on. This button is the log in and logout button.
If this Icon is white, then you're logged in. If this logo is grey, then you're logged out.
Note: When you change your status to AWAY or DO NOT DISTURB, this also logs you out of the queues.
This means you can get internal calls but not external calls inbound via any queue.
