How to install the new V18 3CX Windows Desktop App

To install the new 3CX Windows Desktop App, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to 3CX on Web Client.
  1. Click the Windows icon on the left-hand side menu.

  1. Select Install on the pop-up window that will appear to download and install the 3CX Windows Desktop App.

  1. Wait for the installer to be downloaded.

  1. Click the downloaded installer and wait for Windows to configure 3CX Desktop App.

  1. Once 3CX Desktop App is installed, go back to the pop-up window on 3CX Web Client then click Provision to connect the App.
