- On the left navigation panel of 3CX Desktop App, click the ellipsis button then select Settings.
- Click Audio/Video.
- Choose your device for ringer, speaker, and microphone. Click on the drop-down menu to select.
- Do not change the "Headset Integration" unless you are sure you have a 3CX approved headset. Such as the correct version of a Yealink or Jabra etc. This option only enables the remote answering using the headset buttons.
